Hot Tots!

My husband and I religiously watch the Shark Tank; it’s one of our very favorite shows. We also constantly order various products off the show.

hot tots 4I always wanted to have a little boy so I could spike his hair into a mohawk. I think there are few things cuter than a little guy with spikey hair. So when I was pregnant with my son and had serious heartburn, I figured he was going to be born with hair, so I ordered my Hot Tots infant hair gel.

Hot Tots is an all-natural organic, hypoallergenic, soy and gluten free hair care line designed by a regular mom for infants and toddlers. I felt confident in using this product for this reason. So I ordered it and sure enough my son came out with hair and as soon as I thought he was old enough I spiked it. I would say he was about 3 months old when we gave him his first Mohawk. It was adorable.

I really love the Hot Tots Sweet Pea Serum. It’s easy to use, gives great hold, and smells fantastic. I know it’s safe for my sweet baby’s skin, hair, and eyes if he sweats and it dripped. My little man was “The Bird Man” for Halloween, if any of you follow basketball specifically the Miami Heat; you know who I am talking about. He had his awesome mohawk and fake tattoos and he was the talk of the neighborhood.

If you have girls or boys look into this line for your little ones. Not only is it a great product, but your supporting another mom and her small business.

Hot Tots has several other products in its line, so check them all out.

Easy Up-Do

hot buns package 3Anyone else have the problem that your small child will find any free strand of hair to pull? If there is even one stray hair to be found, my little guy will find it! He will even pull some out of my pony tail if necessary! So I can either leave my hair down and have him pull it, or put it up to prevent it being pulled out!

I just wasn’t down with wearing my hair in a ponytail or knot every single day. I needed something more stylish, but easy to do and fast. The quick part was the most important! My hairstylist was wearing what she called the “Princess Bun.” I loved it, but I didn’t have nearly enough hair to make it happen. So, I bought this donut shaped foam thing at Urban Outfitters and could not for the life of me figure out how to use it. I watched a video on youtube on how to make the bun out of a sock…no such hot buns hair 2luck for me.

Then I found Hot Buns at my local drug store, it had a snap! It was brilliant, affordable ($10), and EASY to use! I was one happy girl! So now, I put my hair in a ponytail, up high, down low, or too slow, ha ha just kidding I also put it off to the side. Then I rap my hair from the ends down to the ponytail, snap it together, wrap the attached band around the bun, spread my hair, and wah-la! I’m the blonde Kim Kardashian, well not really, but I can pretend!

I look put together and without the constant battle to keep my baby from pulling my hair. Hot Buns comes with two size options and allows you to choose from light or dark. You t go wrong!
